In order to populate “Target Costs” in the manufacturing orders, ensure:

  1. Standard cost estimate is released before the goods receipt from manufacturing orders
  2. Standard cost estimate is released in controlling area currency as well, in case it is different from company code currency. Else, implement SAP note 1229004
